Please note that the following shipping guidelines are for reference only. Actual shipping times may vary due to holidays, customs and environmental factors. Upon shipment, customers will be notified via email of the shipment status and will also be able to track their order via Order Status.



1. Shipping Times and Warehouses

ROLLME uses several methods to ship products. We recommend certain delivery methods for different products based on weight or size in order to provide our customers with the most reliable and competitive pricing. All orders are shipped from our warehouses in the United States, Germany, United Kingdom and China.

All orders are subject to a 24-72 business hour processing period prior to shipment.ROLLME uses the best carriers in the industry, but we are unable to offer same day shipping or guarantee overnight or next day delivery.

The shipping periods mentioned in the guide below do not include order processing time.

We offer 2 different shipping methods: Registered Airmail and DHL, and their respective transit times are:

1) Registered Air Mail can reach most countries and the transit time will be longer, taking approximately 12-30 business days to arrive after shipment.

2) DHL will take 5~10 business days to deliver the product. We all know that DHL is always faster than airmail, but it is also expensive. If you choose DHL, it means you agree to clear the customs if it is stuck there.

2. How much is the shipping cost?

Pricing depends on the weight of the product, origin, destination, shipping method and warehouse as well as other considerations. You can see detailed pricing information when placing an order.

*At this time, we can only accept orders and shipments within the region listed on the order page.

*Please note that shipping may be delayed on weekends and holidays. (If there is a holiday, DHL logistics will need to express to the warehouse, which may waste 4-5 business days. This is a force majeure factor, both parties accept the default party.)

3. How to speed up order shipment

Please fill in the complete delivery address, including the recipient's name, company name, apartment number, floor, street name, and a valid phone number, so as not to delay or lose the package. ROLLME cannot be held responsible if the package is lost due to subjective reasons such as wrong address.
